Working Beauceron Association held their first herding trials in Florida. The American Herding Breed Association (AHBA) event was two days and included many of the usual herding breeds like Border Collies but was a first time for most of the Beauceron’s.
It was also the first time many have seen the breed in action as it is relatively new to the USA, though a well-established working breed from France. From military and police work, to herding a family protector, the Beauceron is making an impression fast with those who want a well rounded and short-haired dog that does it all.
